​Q. What travel documentation do I need?
 

  • Passport valid 6+ months with blank pages

  • Any required visas/vaccinations

  • Keep physical & digital copies of passport, flights, insurance

 

It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to verify, obtain, and be aware of all necessary documentation and vaccination requirements when traveling to another country. Please check your destination’s specific requirements as well as the requirements of the airline you are traveling on. Many countries require passports to be valid for at least six months beyond the date of your expected return and may require multiple consecutive blank passport pages. Some citizens may be required to obtain a Visa and/or have specific vaccinations to enter certain countries.

Q. Is travel insurance required?

 

  • Not required, but recommended

  • Usually covers cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, evacuation

Q. When should I arrive at the airport?

  • Arrive 3 hours before international flights

  • Add time for traffic or extra luggage

 

Q. Can I bring additional guests?

​

If you would like to bring additional guests to share your accommodations, you may add them on your registration. The hotel allows up to 4 people in each room. If you need another room, please contact Destinations for pricing and availability. As a note, for a family of 4, accommodations would need to be in a room with two queen beds.

Q. Can I extend my stay?

​

  • Hotel extensions can be booked through Destinations or on your own.

  • Please note that if you are extending your time beyond the scheduled group dates, you may be responsible for providing your own transfers.

  • Please do NOT solidify your flights until your extension dates have been confirmed.

  • Hotel extensions are an additional cost, starting at $698/Room/Night (Based on Double Occupancy), but the cost may be subject to change.

  • If you book extension dates and then later cancel, you will be held liable for the cancellation fees for those extension nights.

  • Once your extension is confirmed with the hotel, Destinations will proceed to book your flights.

  • Most airlines: 1 carry-on + 1 personal item

  • Checked bag rules vary — confirm with airline

  • Keep valuables, docs, meds in carry-on
